Buongiorno!

In 2013, Filippo La Vecchia traded Rome for Brussels. He took the Roman kitchen with him and opened Osteria Romana on Avenue Legrand 11.  Jewish artichokes, Parmigiana, the pork cheek Carbonara or his unsurpassed Cacio e Pepe with pepper from Cameroon. With his free spirit and passion, Filippo reinvents classic dishes.

The combination of pure food, creativity and haute cuisine takes you on a journey to all corners of the world. A truly eccentric adventure in a bizarre environment that takes you back to the small alleys in the Paris of the thirties.

5 years later, Cedric Gilot joined Filippo and together they wanted to make his innovative recipes accessible to a larger audience. Therefore, the younger sister and neighbor of Osteria Romana opened her doors in January 2018: Le Cave.
